Home Caregiver – Hourly

Role Overview

Provide personal care and companionship to help clients remain safely at home. Duties include ADL assistance, light housekeeping, meal prep, and safety monitoring with timely reporting to the care team.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
Prepare simple meals, provide hydration reminders, and support safe feeding as trained.
Perform light housekeeping (laundry, linens, dishes, tidy living areas) and run local errands.
Offer companionship, cueing, and engagement; observe and report condition changes.
Use the mobile app for timekeeping and shift notes; follow the care plan and infection‑control policies.
