Role Overview

Deliver personal care and homemaker services per the care plan to promote safety, comfort, and independence in the home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with personal care (bathing, oral hygiene, dressing), toileting, and safe mobility.
  • Provide medication reminders, light housekeeping, and basic meal prep.
  • Observe and promptly report changes in condition or environment risks.
  • Accurately record visit tasks and time in the mobile app.

Qualifications

  • HS diploma/GED preferred; CNA/HHA training preferred.
  • Reliable transportation and ability to pass background screening.
  • Respectful, patient, and service‑oriented demeanor.
